1.          Subscription Plans

Suretash Education offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscribers gain access to premium content, articles, and features exclusive to paid subscribers. Subscription charges are outlined on our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

2.          Payment and Billing

Payment for the subscriptions is processed securely through Intasend. We bill subscriptions on a monthly/annual basis, and renewal is automatic unless cancelled by the subscriber. You can cancel the subscription by simply not paying when the subscription is due.

3.          Refunds and Cancellations

Subscribers can decide to cancel their subscriptions at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We provide no refunds for the remaining unused portion of the subscription.

4.          Content Usage

We grant subscribers a personal, non-transferable license to access the premium content during the subscription period. You agree not to distribute the premium content without explicit permission from Suretash Education. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of premium content is strictly prohibited.

5.          User Conduct

You agree to use Suretash Education's subscription services by all applicable laws and regulations. All content on our newsletters, including premium content, is protected by copyright. Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without permission.  

6.          Privacy Policy 

Subscriber information is collected and used following our privacy policy, which is available on our website.  

7.          Modifications of terms

Suretash Education reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. We will notify subscribers of changes through email or our website.

8. Termination 

Suretash Education reserves the right to terminate a subscriber's access to premium content if there is a breach of these terms or for any other necessary reason.

9.          Disclaimer

The information on our newsletter issues and website is for informational purposes only. Suretash Education is not responsible for any consequences of using the information provided. Suretash Education will not be held accountable for any mistakes, omissions, or delays in the information delivery or for any losses, injuries, or damages resulting from its display or use. 

10.  Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in conformity with the laws of the state of New York in the USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
